Plas Mec TRM HEATING MIXERS are used for


RIGID AND SOFT PVC MIXING



Mixing rigid or plasticized PVC

dry-blend obtained from polymers in suspension, emulsions or mass



They are the ideal solution in the transformation industry when good quality thermoplastic material must be combined with high hourly throughput.



The vessel lid can be supplied in different configurations; the internal surfaces are in stainless steel; the closure plug, is operated by a pneumatic cylinder and is adapted to fit the internal shape of the vessel.

HORIZONTAL COOLER COMBINATION – HC COMBIMIX by Plas Mec is the combination of the heating mixer TRM and the high performance horizontal cooler HEC.


The HEC range of coolers used for this combination, can be applied to any type of turbomixer and this is the ideal solution for all manufacturing needs in the field of rigid or plasticized PVC dry-blend.


This cooler is built entirely of stainless steel as regards the parts in contact with the material, double jacket for circulation of cooling water.


Improved cooling efficiency: rigid PVC (profile) 120 – 40°C, 8batchs/hour


Material can be stored at lower temperature and has no inertia.


Thanks to the total opening of the lid, cleaning and maintenance are quick and easy.

Available with capacities from 1000 up to 8.500 lt., the HEC cooler stands out for its great and proven cooling efficiency, allowing excellent throughput and high standards of quality.

PVC mixer COMBIMIX-RV is the combination of the heating mixer TRM and the vertical cooler RFV.

The RFV range of coolers used for this combination is the ideal solution to combine the requirements of restricted spaces and easy cleaning with cooling efficiency.

This cooler is built entirely of stainless steel as regards the parts in contact with the material, double jacket for circulation of cooling water.

Supplementary ring to increase the heat exchange surface in the cooler mounted inside the vessel.

COMBIMIX-RO

COMBIMIX-RO is the combination of the heating mixer TRM and the horizontal cooler RFO. It is used for those applications where the mixing process has a higher dry-blend final temperature.

The RFO range of coolers used for this combination has a special design to allow homogenization and cooling of three or more simultaneous mixers from the turbomixer

The internal parts in contact with the material are constructed in stainless steel.

Hinged for inspection and polished internally for cleanliness.

Available from 500 to 5.500 liters capacity, this kind of mixer has a good price-quality balance.
