When using PLAS MEC mixing and cooling equipment, it is possible to increase the bulk density of the components, extract the moisture of the wood fibers and distribute the additives.

The advantages of using our mixing plants are the following:



Possibility of utilizing natural fiber

with moisture content up to 15%


Agglomerate with a residual moisture less than 0,2%

Easily processable in extruder



The mixing process consists in feeding a batch of components of: Wood or natural fibers, PP, PE or PVC.
