The COMBIWOOD-HC is a mixing system combining the high-performance TRM heating mixer with the HEC cooling mixer, specifically developed for the preparation of compounds containing wood powder or natural fibers blended with PVC or PE/PP powders.
In addition to the intensive heating the system is equipped with a vacuum dehumidification unit to extract excess moisture from wood or natural fibers, ensuring optimal processing conditions, stable quality, and enhanced final properties of the compound. The cooler can be equipped with lump breakers when using PE/PP in granulated form.
Thanks to its robust design, process efficiency, and flexibility, the COMBIWOOD-HC provides reliable and consistent performance in the production of WPC and other natural fiber-reinforced thermoplastic materials.
