GRANULES COOLER type RG
The RG is a fluidized bed cooler designed for installation downstream of compounding extrusion lines. It cools plastic granules through controlled airflow fluidization, ensuring rapid and uniform temperature reduction before conveying or packaging. The system includes a launch fan with insulated piping to transfer granules directly from the extruder, along with a cooled cyclone that separates dust while pre-cooling the material. The granules are then evenly distributed onto the cooling bed, gently conveyed to the outlet, where any out-of-size particles are diverted.
Sizes from 700 to 2500 kg/h.
VACUUM POWDER CONVEYOR type PM
The vacuum powder conveyor PM is usually installed between storage and processing units.
It uses vacuum to safely and cleanly transfer powders, ensuring dust-free handling and consistent feeding. The vacuum pump includes a filter and a silencer. The suction is made with a probe with the air regulation for a smooth powder transfer.
Sizes from 200 to 2000 kg/h.
