LABORATORY MIXER type TRL
The laboratory mixer TRL is suitable to mix PVC dry blend, powder coatings, masterbatch and pigments, thermoplastic rubbers, wood plastic composites and many other plastic or chemical products.
Standard with double jacket for water circulation.
It helps to find the proper mixing process conditions to be applied to the industrial mixers.
Two Version
- Overturning (TRL/R) where the discharge of the material is made tilting the mixer. This is the easier and cheaper solution, it allows quick cleaning and it is suggested if the mixer is used not so frequently.
- Stationary (TRL/BS) with discharge valve like our industrial mixers TRM. This is the solution for more intensive use. The discharge valve is always openable to make the cleaning easier and quicker.
Size from 5 to 60 lts.
LABORATORY MIXING SYSTEM type COMBILABO-RV
The COMBILABO-RV is a laboratory mixing system that combines the laboratory mixer TRL with the vertical laboratory cooling mixer RFV.
It is very compact and the ideal solution to test and develop new products and dryblends mixing a wide range of powders as PVC dry blend, powder coatings, masterbatch and pigments, thermoplastic rubbers, wood plastic composites and many other plastic or chemical products.
It includes a control system for a fully automatic process.
Size from 5 lts mixer with 10 lts cooler up to 100 lts mixer with 200 lts cooler.
