HIGH SPEED MIXER type TRM
The TRM is a high-performance mixer developed for fast and high level of dispersion, homogenization and agglomeration. It delivers consistent dry-blends across a broad spectrum of materials with process efficiency, product uniformity, and high throughput , supporting downstream processes such as extrusion, moulding or compounding.
It is extremely efficient in processing rigid and plasticized PVC and other thermoplastic polymers like ABS, POM, PC and is also suitable for a variety of formulations and industries, including: masterbatches (with pigments and functional additives), engineered compounds, WPC/SPC (Wood or Stone Polymer Composites), powder coatings, including pre-mixed or metallic pigments, battery powders.

Suitable for a wide range of applications including PVC compounds, WPC/SPC, masterbatch, thermoplastic polymers and technical powders, this system ensures very high throughput, reduces cycle times and guarantees steady product quality.

MIXING SYSTEM type COMBIMIX RV
The COMBIMIX RV is a mixing system that combines the high-speed mixing efficiency of the TRM with the vertical cooling mixer RFV.
This is the ideal solution to combine the requirements of limited space in height and easy cleaning with a good cooling efficiency.
Inside the cooling vessel there is the possibility to install a supplementary ring to increase the heat exchange surface when cleaning is not an issue per the process.
Combimix RV is suitable for a wide range of applications including PVC compounds, masterbatch and other plastic polymers.
Size from 200 lts TRM mixer with 400 lts RFV cooler up to 2000 lts TRM mixer with 4300 lts RFV cooler.
MIXING SYSTEM type COMBIMIX RO
It is used for those applications where the mixing process does not require fast cooling performance but mostly a cooled blender as a buffer to keep the material homogenized.
The RFO cooler is designed to keep and homogenize more batches received from the high speed mixer.
Combimix RO is suitable for a wide range of applications, it is typically used for soft PVC compounds, but can be used for any other PVC dryblend.
