PLAS MEC renovates the test room

The mixing plant manufacturer, Plas Mec, has recently renewed its test room to offer transformers the possibility of carrying out a wider and more precise range of tests on PVC, powder coatings, bonding materials, masterbatches, WPCs and any other material lends itself to mixing.

The structure is equipped with the following machines: HC Combimix 300/1000 system, combination of TRM turbomixer and HEC high efficiency cooler; laboratory mixers TRL 14; combined system with TRM turbomixer and RFV vertical cooler; tilting mixer with multiple configuration. In addition, a process control program has been developed which allows the production cycle to be monitored, predicting the final result.

Active since 1967, the company has an engineering and research department in which a team of highly specialized technicians operates, dedicated to the development of a wide range of mixing plants and complete production lines. About 95% of its plants are exported all over the world, where over 5600 machines are currently installed by 1800 users.
